zentrale Serverprobleme

You are getting slow connection to your website (timeouts) because of the issues on the network path between your computer and our servers (datacenter). We have investigated why this is happening and found out, that only users who use comcast as ISP, or their ISP is using comcast for network routing, are experiencing this problem. This does not mean our IP is blocked by comcast, or your internet speed is too slow. This means that there is an issue somewhere on comcast network and because of it, you are losing connection packets. Unfortunately, neither our system department, nor our datacenter can solve this issue (because it is not caused on our side). So the best approach for you would be to keep communicating with comcast until they take actions. Thank you for your understanding.
Should you need more information, please don't hesitate to contact us.
